●今回のフラワースタンド（通称フラスタ）企画について

2025年4月13日に開催される「Rock on V -harevutai-」出演を記念して等身大パネル付きのフラワースタンドを贈ります！

●イラスト制作を担当いただくイラストレータ様について

Illustratorであり動画制作やYouTube配信等幅広く活動されているU.様(@uta_25)に依頼しています！

●現段階の デザイン案について

現段階のラフ案を公開します！

（あくまで計画案の１つのため、今後変更となる可能性があります）

Rock on V のコンセプト「生バンド演奏によるVTuber音楽フェス」に合わせて元気な姿のFigaroさんに白と水色を基調とした配色のフラワースタンドを合わせる予定です。

Figaroさんの身長（160cm）に合わせた等身大パネルですので、ポーズを合わせて現地でどんどん記念写真を撮ってもらえるようなデザインを考えています。

また、折角の等身大パネルですが、仮にFigaroさんが公演後に記念として持ち帰りたくても大きすぎる・置き場所が難しいという実情があります。

そのため、皆様からのフラワースタンドの思い出として「等身大パネルを卓上サイズのアクリルスタンド化したもの」をFigaroさんにお贈りする予定です。

※当日、イベント会場に設置されるFigaroさん宛のプレゼントボックスを利用してお贈りします。

●お花屋さんとフラスタについて

今回、sakaseruさんにフラワースタンド制作を依頼します。

現在フラワーデザイナ様と、どのようなフラワースタンドにするか相談中です！

●スケジュール・進捗について

2025年3月23日（日）まで企画参加者の募集を行います。

その他、進捗は随時「進捗状況」ページにてご報告予定です。

●参加口数について

1口1000円（最大10口）の金額を設定しています。

複数口も大歓迎ですが、是非ご自身の無理のない範囲で参加いただければと思います。

※参加費のお支払いの際、手数料がかかりますのでご注意ください。

●参加者へのリターンについて

１）お名前掲載

フラスタと一緒に飾る企画参加者パネルに、参加者の皆様のお名前を掲載します。

２）お祝いイラスト画像（jpg）の配布

イベント後、制作したパネルに使用したイラスト画像を配布します。

なお、配布するイラストは 非商用の個人利用に限定 されますので、

自身のスマホ/PCの壁紙等、個人端末の範囲内でのみご利用ください。

＜利用許可範囲＞

　・非商用範囲内における個人での使用(自身のスマホ/PCの壁紙として利用など)

＜禁止事項＞ 

　・個人制作のグッズなどへの二次利用/SNSやネットへの転載の禁止 

　・SNSアイコンなどご自分の象徴となるようなものへの使用禁止 

　・NFTへの出品禁止

　・AI学習禁止

利用許可範囲・禁止事項は配布時に改めてお知らせします。

●目標金額について

メインのフラスタ代とイラスト稿料、パネル印刷・配送料等を加えた12万円が目標となりますが、既にminsaka外で企画の参加を連絡いただいている方々から集まっている金額を差し引いて、minsaka上では凡そ7万円が目標金額となります。

（なお、仮に目標金額に達しなかった場合でも代表にて不足分を充当して企画は完遂します）

もしも目標金額を超えて支援金額が集まった場合には、フラワースタンドを少し豪華にする、イベント当日にFigaroさんへの贈り物（お菓子など）代とする、などにて消化します。

最終の収支報告は参加者様宛の一斉通知メールでご報告予定です。

もしも目標金額を大幅に上回る支援が集まりそうな場合には参加募集を早めに締め切る可能性もありますので予めご了承ください。

●収集する情報の取り扱いについて

・「制作物に掲載するお名前」について

－ 絵文字などの特殊文字(推しマーク等)は原則NGとなります。

　記載いただいたお名前に特殊文字が含まれている場合には

　その特殊文字を除外したお名前で参加者一覧に掲載予定です。

　申し訳ありませんが予めご了承ください。

－ 公序良俗に反する言葉、知的財産権の侵害の恐れのある名称など

　不適切と判断したものは掲載できない場合があります。

　予めご了承ください。

　（もし不安な場合は、主催者宛にお問い合わせください）

－ 企画出資者であることを知られたくない場合には、

　お名前記載時に「掲載なしを希望」にチェックを入れてください。

PROJECT OVERVIEW

This is a フラスタ (Flower stand) project to commemorate VSinger Figaro's appearanceat "Rock on V -harevutai-" to be held on April 13, 2025!

● About this flower stand project (commonly known as "フラスタ or Furasta")

To commemorate Figaro's appearance at "Rock on V -harevutai-" to be held on April 13, 2025,we will be preparing a flower stand with a life-size illustration panel!

● About the illustrator making the project illustrations

As for the artist for this project, we decided and commissioned U.先生 (@uta_25)

U.先生 is an illustrator who is active in a wide range of activities including video production and YouTube distribution!

She also participated on previous events, making U.先生 one of Fisuke's favorite artist among others.

● Regarding the current design proposal

As for the moment, we are releasing a rought draft to make it easier for the interested participants how the plan will proceed hereon.

(This is only one draft plan and may be subject to change in the future!)

We plan to match the Figaro's Flower stand with an energetic theme of white and light blue color.

This also complements the "Rock on V" concept of a "VTuber music festival with live band performances."!

The panel will be life-size to match Figaro's height (160cm), so we are thinking of a design that will allow people to pose in a way that will encourage them to take lots of commemorative photos at the venue.

Additionally, if Figaro wanted to take the life-size panel home as a memento after the performance, it might be too large and be difficult to store.

For this reason, we plan to present Figaro with a tabletop-sized acrylic stand of the life-size panel as a memento of the flower stand which is a present from all of Fisukes!

※On the day of the event, the gifts will be given in a gift box addressed to Figaro which will be set up at the event venue.

● About the florist and flower stand

This time, we will be asking sakaseruさん to create the flower stand.

We are currently discussing with the flower designer what kind of flower stand to make!

● Regarding the project's schedule and progress

We will be accepting participant's applications until Sunday, March 23, 2025.

Further progress will be reported on the "進捗状況" page as it progresses.

● Number of participants

The participatory price has been set at 1,000 yen per contribution (maximum of 10!).

Multiple contributions are welcome, but we would like you to participate only within your means!

*Please note that a handling fee will be charged when paying the participation fee.

●Regarding the participant's "Returns" (Participatory rewards)

1) Appearance of participant's name

The names of all participants will be published on the project participant board which will be displayed alongside the flower stand.

2) Distribution of celebratory illustration images (jpg)

After the event, we will distribute the illustrations used on the panels we created.

Please note that the illustrations we distribute are for non-commercial personal use only,

so please use them only on your personal devices, such as as wallpaper for your own smartphone/PC.

<Prohibited> ✖

- Do not use for personal goods, etc., or repost on SNS or the Internet

- Do not use as a symbol of yourself, such as an SNS icon

We will inform you again of the permitted use and prohibited items at the time of distribution.

●About the target amount

Our goal is to raise 120,000 yen, which includes the cost of the main flower stand, illustrations, panel printing and delivery, etc.,

but after deducting the amount already collected from people who have contacted us outside of minsaka to participate in the project, our goal on minsaka is approximately 70,000 yen.

In the event that we exceed our target amount, we will use the funds to make the flower stand a little more luxurious, or to buy additional gifts (sweets, etc.) for Figaro on the day of the event.

Rest assured, a final income liquidation and expenditure report will be sent to all participants via email!

As always, please note that if we receive support that significantly exceeds our target amount, we may close the application process earlier than expected!

● Handling of collected information

・Regarding the "Appearance of participant's name"

- Emojis and other special characters (such as favorite marks) are generally not allowed.

　If the name you provide contains special characters, the name will be published in the list of participants without those special characters.

　We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. As much as possible, please refrain from adding extra characters on your desired name.

- Words that violate public order and morals, names that may infringe intellectual property rights, etc. ARE NOT ALLOWED.

　Any content deemed inappropriate may not be published.

根據本次演出的主題「樂團當場演奏的Vtuber音樂祭」作為搭配，預計使用白色以及水色基底的花環配合著有著朝氣的Figaro人型立牌進行組合

因為是配合著Figaro的身高（160cm）製作出來的等身大立牌、希望能是配合立牌的姿勢能夠在演唱會現場盡情讓各位拍照紀念的設計。

另外，難得是等身大立牌，如果Figaro在演唱會後想作為紀念把它帶回家，也會因為太大而難以找到放置的地方。

因此，我們預計送給Figaro一個由等身大人形立牌縮小的壓克力立牌，作為花牌的紀念品。

※當天、我們將會利用在演唱會現場設置的Figaro專用的禮物箱進行贈禮。

●關於花店以及花牌

這回預計委託名為sakaseru的店家進行花牌的製作

現在正在與插花師談論想要怎麼樣的花牌！

●關於給資助者的回禮
